We are trying to get companies involved in their employee’s health and well-being. The Truck Gym is a tool they could provide or assist drivers in its purchase. By filling out the bottom section we will send the following letter to your company on your behalf:

I came across a new piece of patented health equipment created specifically for professional drivers. I believe it could improve the health and mental attitude of our company’s work force. The Truck Gym Company also offers other tools to be used by motor Transportation companies to educate and motivate better health for drivers. They refer to it as a “Health First” plan. They say it can be as simple or complex as the Company would like it to be.

I believe I am in poorer health than I would otherwise be because of being a professional driver. We have no avenue for regular exercise and very poor eating options. A study commissioned by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in 1997, proves drivers are in much worse health than the general public.

I want to get healthier. I believe company management should take a leadership role in helping us get healthier. It has been published in several magazines that drivers live on average 13 years less than the national average! It sure would make me feel better about the company if I felt the company cared about me and my quality of life.
